Depression is a growing epidemic. There’s a book for that!

Statistics show that since 2020 when COVID began, 1 in 4 people have suffered some form of depression. That’s a HUGE number of people!

Maybe you’ve picked up a copy of my book You Aren’t Depression’s Victim. Or perhaps we met at one of my recent book signings. More people are learning about this empowering book as more bookstores around the country have begun carrying it. This book asks thought-provoking questions that have you dig deep to learn more about how you think about depression and opens up new possibilities about how you can stand up to this often debilitating illness.

And why not? No one should have to feel like they’re a victim of themselves – or anyone or anything else for that matter. Imagine what your life would be like if you weren’t at the effect of depression, if you could see it coming and step back from it? THAT would be pretty amazing, wouldn’t it?

Well, that’s what this book is all about – that possibility. And I know for a fact that this is possible. I’ve lived with depression since age 2 (at least) and I’ve discovered strategies that allow me to say to depression “no, not today.” And you can learn how to do this for yourself through the workbook format of this book.

So, where do you find this insightful and empowering book? Here’s the latest list of who’s carrying it in-store and who has it available online. You’ll want to check back every few weeks as this list keeps growing!

One more thing. If you don’t see it in your nearby bookstore, ask them to carry it! The more folks that request a book, the more likely that bookstore will begin stocking it.

Okay. So here’s the latest updated list. And if you find it’s anywhere else, please let me know. I’ll add that store’s name to the next update! Thanks ahead of time for reading my book and for telling your loved ones about it. Spreading the word about this book could really make a difference in someone’s life.
