On Sunday, July 31st, I had a book signing at Barnes and Noble at La Cantera Shops. It was a Q&A and a book signing of my book You Aren’t Depression’s Victim. It was a fantastic crowd and we had great discussions of what it means to live successfully with depression.
We all know someone who suffers with depression. It’s a silent yet growing epidemic. Come learn how to recognize this often debilitating illness before it hits and discover what to do so you can step back from the edge of its dark pit.
